Road Construction. What a mess. The road into the
Florida Keys has been a two lane road, with just a few stretches of
four lane passing areas, for years. After overcoming much
resistance, they are finally starting to widen the road from Key Largo
to Florida City (a stretch of about 28 miles). One of the first
steps is to eliminate the draw-bridge over Jew-Fish Creek, just north
of Key Largo. Looks like "they're paving paradise and putting up
a parking lot"...
