Joan with cousin Pat. Pat prepared one of the best Lemon Meringue
pies that we have ever eaten! Pat helps her daughter with a new
restaurant she has opened. This help comes in the form of making
all the pies for the restaurant from scratch each morning (she does
this between 5AM and 9AM when the restaurant opens).
