We distill our own water, for cooking and drinking. The distiller
(sitting on the picnic table) is capable of making about eight gallons
of distilled water a day. Behind the toolbox at the lower right
side of the picture, there is a water tank to hold the distilled water
that we make. Joan can be seen "supervising" the operation.
